Above and below: Ex BR standard Class 8P 4-6-2 Pacific Locomotive 71000 "DUKE OF GLOUCESTER" waiting at Grosmont station with a train for Pickering. Built in Crewe Works in 1954 and I was there on Crewe Junction's massive footbridge connecting all those platforms when it emerged from its birthplace.
