31. Falling Foss Tea Garden and Waterfall

A few miles south of Whitby in the National Park landscape of North Yorkshire - Scenes of Whitby-Scarborough and surrounding area

Falling Foss Tea Garden is an attractively set tea garden in the grounds of Midge Hall, a tiny cottage which nestles at the top of the beautiful Falling Foss waterfall in the North York Moors National Park.

Falling Foss has been an attractive tourist location for many years and after heavy rain the Falling Foss waterfall is quite a dramatic sight.

You can also enjoy a beautiful 2 mile woodland walk from May Beck car park that includes Falling Foss.

Falling Foss waterfall is in the heart of the beautiful Little Beck Wood.

The Falling Foss Tea Garden.

You can get light snacks and drinks at the little cafe.

There is plenty of room for children to play around in.

We like the wooden sculptures of the bear family!

AND cross the river by the log bridge!
